<p>Esplanade Training Attachments place trainees inside one of Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay's departments for hands-on experience of working in the arts. Attachees learn behind-the-scenes of programming, production, and audience work at Singapore's flagship performing arts centre.</p><ul><li>Attachments available across departments including Programming, Technical Production, Community Engagement, Customer Experience, and Estate and Building Management</li><li>Trainees work alongside Esplanade staff on real programmes, series, and festivals</li><li>Duration is flexible and agreed on a case-by-case basis</li></ul><p>To apply, email the completed Attachment Interest Form and Application for Internship Form (both downloadable on the Training Attachments page) to academy@esplanade.com.</p>
