About this opportunity

<p>The Harvard Crimson Global Case Competition (HCGCC) is a fully virtual business case competition for high-school students worldwide, powered by Crimson Education in association with The Harvard Crimson. Teams of 2–4 tackle real business cases across regional and global rounds, competing for US$4,000 in cash prizes and US$18,000 in education-consulting prizes.</p> <ul> <li>Eligibility: ages 13–18, currently enrolled in secondary/high school or graduated but not yet started university.</li> <li>Teams: 2–4 students per team; no prior business or economics experience required.</li> <li>Format: 100% online, with over 110 countries represented in past editions.</li> <li>Timeline (2026 cycle): registration 14 July – 14 October, live webinars begin 17 October, Regional Qualifiers 22 October – 6 November, Regional Finals 6 – 19 November, Global Finals 19 – 29 November, Global Winner announced 1 December.</li> <li>Preparation: on-demand bootcamps and live webinars with industry experts included at no extra cost.</li> <li>Registration fee: US$15 (early bird, until 2 September) or US$20 (regular, until 14 October) per student.</li> </ul> <p>Register individually on casecomp.org, form a team of up to four, and work through regional and global rounds to compete for the cash and consulting prize pool.</p>
