<p>The Young Technopreneur Challenge is a multi-stage entrepreneurship competition for secondary school students, run by Junior Achievement Singapore in partnership with HP Inc. and the South West CDC. Teams develop tech-enabled solutions tied to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Singapore's Green Plan 2030, and the Sustainable South West Masterplan, then pitch at a final Innovation Expo.</p> <ul> <li>Eligibility: secondary school students (Sec 1 to Sec 3 in recent editions); team-based.</li> <li>Programme structure: three bootcamps covering design thinking, research and prototyping, and the technopreneur journey, plus mandatory online self-paced courses in Business Communications and Basics of Finance.</li> <li>Mentorship from HP Inc. staff throughout the bootcamps.</li> <li>Final Innovation Expo where teams pitch to industry judges.</li> <li>Winning team receives S$3,000 in development funding to pursue agreed implementation milestones.</li> </ul> <p>The challenge runs annually; current and upcoming dates are published on the JA Singapore competitions page.</p>
