<p>The MFA Pre-University Internship Programme is a four-week internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that gives final-year JC and polytechnic students — and NSFs awaiting university admission — insight into the work of a Foreign Service Officer. It is designed for those considering the Foreign Service Scholarship who want to assess whether MFA is the right fit.</p><ul><li>Structured briefings on MFA's roles, Singapore's foreign policy, and Directorate-specific projects</li><li>Dialogue sessions with senior diplomats and management</li><li>Opportunities to sit in on meetings on foreign policy issues and complete research assignments</li><li>Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs intending to take up citizenship</li><li>Interns receive a pro-rated allowance of SGD 800 per month</li></ul><p>Runs are scheduled across the year (e.g. December, January, February, and March windows).
