<p>The National STEM Championship (NSTEMC) is an annual STEM competition organised by Science Centre Singapore for secondary-school students. In 2026 the competition has been rebranded as "National STEM Championship: Game On" (NSTEMC:GO), a revamped version of what was previously the National Science Challenge, covering Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.</p><ul><li>Open to students currently in Secondary 3, IP Year 3, or Grade 9 in Singapore schools.</li><li>Each school may register one team of four students.</li><li>2026 timeline: registration 11 March - 10 April; teachers' briefing 25 March; Phase 1 on 18 May; Phase 2 in mid to end July; Phase 3 in early to mid August; Final Phase at end of August; broadcast episodes air October-November.</li><li>Championship awards include certificates, recognition, and the national championship title.</li><li>Entry is free.</li></ul><p>Teachers register teams via the official registration link on the Science Centre Singapore website.</p>
