<p>The National Young Leaders Fellowship (NYLF) is a nine-month leadership development programme run by Halogen Foundation that selects up to 40 outstanding young people each cohort. It is open to youths aged 15 to 19 from secondary schools, JCs, ITE, polytechnics, and international schools in Singapore, regardless of academic achievement.</p><ul><li>Eligibility: ages 15–19 in the year of application; no citizenship requirement</li><li>Cohort size: up to 40 fellows selected annually through a multi-stage process</li><li>Induction: 5-day in-person conference covering leadership, goal-setting, and networking</li><li>Ongoing: monthly 3–4 hour gatherings, 1:1 mentorship pairings, and project incubation support</li><li>Selection: online form, virtual assessment, panel interview, and leadership trials</li></ul><p>Applications are opened annually; subscribe to Halogen's mailing list to be notified when the next application window opens.</p>
