<p>Our Singapore Leadership Programme (OSLP) is the National Youth Council's flagship four-day leadership initiative designed primarily for young Singaporean working adults aged 25 to 35. Participants engage with senior leaders across the Public, Private and People sectors to deepen their understanding of Singapore's policy landscape and long-term challenges.</p><ul><li>Flagship format: four-day non-residential programme, running since 2017.</li><li>Core themes: Singapore's place in the world, sustained economic growth through innovation, a liveable and sustainable city, and a strong and cohesive Singapore.</li><li>Activities include fireside chats with political leaders, learning journeys, interactive workshops, facilitated discussions, human libraries, and futures thinking sessions.</li><li>A separate extension of OSLP runs for Secondary 4 students in partnership with NACLI and MOE.</li><li>Applications typically open for a limited window each year through the NYC website.</li></ul><p>Check the National Youth Council website for the current application window and any extension programmes for younger students.</p>
