<p>The PSC Scholarship (Engineering) is one of Singapore's flagship public-service scholarships, awarded to pre-university students committed to building a career in the Singapore Public Service. The ICT &amp; Smart Systems cluster prepares scholars for engineering roles in agencies such as the Cyber Security Agency (CSA), GovTech, and IMDA, focusing on the design, operation, and maintenance of IT platforms and national digital infrastructure.</p><ul><li>Fully funded: tuition and examination fees, monthly living stipend, and one-time return airfare for overseas scholars</li><li>Sponsorship for approved student exchanges, summer programmes, and PSC development initiatives</li><li>Eligible for a Master's degree sponsorship, subject to meeting performance criteria</li><li>Scholars are assigned a parent agency in the engineering cluster based on preference and fit</li><li>Open to Singapore Citizens with excellent A-Level, IB, NUS High, or polytechnic diploma results and strong CCA / leadership</li></ul><p>Applications open annually from 1 September to 15 March; the 2026 cycle closed on 15 March 2026.
