<p>The Social Innovation Relay (SIR) is an online global competition run by JA Singapore in collaboration with JA Europe and NN Group. It challenges students aged 15–19 to develop a new business concept with positive social impact, working in teams of 2–4 through a guided series of phases culminating in a National Final and a Global Online Final.</p>

<li>Format: fully online, with a Singapore national round feeding into the Global Online Final.</li>
<li>Focus areas: education, health, environment, technology, poverty, economic development, human rights and energy.</li>

<li>E-mentorship: top 20 teams are matched with volunteer mentors to refine their concept paper.</li>
<li>The Singapore national winner advances to the Global Online Final alongside national winners from other countries.</li>
