<p>Well-Being Circles is a community well-being programme run by the Happiness Initiative that brings people together in small groups to learn research-backed well-being skills through reflection, personal stories, and peer support. Participants progress through eight weekly sessions covering positive psychology, resilience, and mental wellness, and earn an e-certificate as a Well-Being Advocate on completion.</p><ul><li>Format: 8 in-person weekly sessions in small groups (Saturdays, about 2 hours per session)</li><li>Curriculum: reframing limiting beliefs, resilience strategies, strengths and feedback, burnout management, loving kindness, gratitude, and goal attainment</li><li>Materials: 150-page handbook with session content and reflection space</li><li>Fee: "Pay-As-You-Wish" commitment model with a minimum non-refundable commitment of S$50</li><li>Runs once per quarter; cohorts fill by registration on the Well-Being Circles website</li></ul><p>Interested participants register for an upcoming cohort via wellbeingcircles.sg and pay the commitment fee to secure a place.</p>
