<p>The ASEAN Youth Fellowship (AYF) is an exclusive regional leadership development programme run by Singapore's National Youth Council in partnership with the Singapore International Foundation, powered by the Singapore-ASEAN Youth Fund. It connects emerging young leaders from across ASEAN through an immersive one-week residential experience.</p><ul><li>Open to professionals aged 27–35 who are citizens of ASEAN member states and proficient in English</li><li>Selected Fellows have an established track record in their field and high potential for future leadership roles</li><li>AYF 2026 runs 13–20 November 2026 across Singapore and the Philippines, with a mandatory online pre-programme briefing on 31 October 2026</li><li>Programme features dialogues with senior policymakers, institutional visits, exclusive learning journeys, team-building, and networking with peers</li><li>All programme costs (accommodation, transport, meals, flights) are borne by the organisers; Fellows cover personal expenses such as travel insurance and incidentals</li><li>Alumni can tap on the Singapore-ASEAN Youth Fund and AYF Impact Fund to support follow-up regional or bilateral initiatives</li></ul><p>Applications close on 24 May 2026 via the online form on the Youth Corps / NYC Singapore channels.</p>
