About this opportunity
A capture-the-flag competition for JC, Millennia Institute and IB students, organised by Hwa Chong Institution with CSIT and the Digital and Intelligence Service. Teams of four from the same school attend a compulsory three-day online training workshop run by CSIT, then compete in a Jeopardy-style CTF. The event closes with Cyberthon Fiesta, which also hosts Cyber Slay, a 30-minute individual on-site CTF.
Who can apply
Students in (the equivalent of) JC or Millennia Institute Year 1 to 3, and equivalent institutions offering the International Baccalaureate. Teams of four from the same school; basic IT knowledge and an interest in IT security expected.
How to apply
Form a team of four, then tell your school's teacher-in-charge, who submits your school's teams through the organisers' registration link. All members must attend the online training. The 2026 edition wrapped up with Cyberthon Fiesta on 9 May 2026; 2027 dates not yet announced.
