<p>The HTX Internship Programme places students with the Home Team Science & Technology Agency (HTX), the science and engineering arm of Singapore's Ministry of Home Affairs. Interns contribute to projects across cybersecurity, data analytics, AI, robotics, biometrics, digital forensics, and other tech domains that support homeland security operations.</p> <ul> <li>Open to JC, IP Year 4 to 5, polytechnic, and university students; STEM backgrounds (engineering, computer science, sciences, data science, AI) are preferred.</li> <li>Non-STEM students may apply to divisions under the Capability Planning pillar.</li> <li>Standard commitment: at least 2 months full-time; JC/IP holiday placements are at least 1 month; CBRNE roles require at least 4 months.</li> <li>Two annual application cycles: January to February (for May intakes) and August (for December intakes).</li> <li>Selection includes resume, transcripts, and a description of relevant STEM experience; outcomes are notified 4 to 6 weeks after the closing date.</li> </ul> <p>Applications are submitted via the HTX Internships portal during the open cycle.</p>
