<p>MINDS Youth Group (MINDS MYG) is the volunteer wing of the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore. Established in 1982, MYG runs regular social, recreational and skills-training activities for persons with intellectual disability (PWIDs), aiming to build life skills, social inclusion and pathways to open employment.</p><ul><li>Volunteers run weekly three-hour sessions with beneficiaries, held on Saturdays or Sundays.</li><li>Minimum commitment: one session per week for at least six months.</li><li>Multiple project groups across Singapore centres serve beneficiaries of varying support needs.</li><li>No prior experience required — training and guidance are provided.</li></ul><p>Register interest via the MINDS MYG website or email <strong>myg@minds.org.sg</strong>.</p>
