About this opportunity
A four-day residential seminar where around 550 students from 30 pre-university institutions work in cross-school teams to develop policy proposals on national themes. You interview academics and representatives from the public, private and people sectors, run workshops, then present your team's proposal at a closing showcase.
Who can apply
Students of junior colleges, Millennia Institute, Integrated Programme schools, independent schools, specialised independent schools, polytechnics and privately funded schools. Delegates are nominated by their institution rather than applying individually.
How to apply
Students attend through their pre-university institution; MOE's release does not describe an individual application. The seminar is held every year (the 57th ran from 2 to 5 June 2026, co-organised with Temasek Junior College), and the 2027 edition has not been announced.
