Assisting the operations team with their day-to-day tasks which includes: Coordinate operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures Liaise with Terminal, MPA, PSA, ICA and various port service providers for each ship- port interface event and progress Arranging Vessels Arrival, Departure and Port Formalities (inclusive of arrangement of Tugs, Pilots, Arrangement of Crew matters) Arranging and coordinating of ship supplies and logistics Assisting on Crew Requirement, Documentation and Arrangement of crew Change Preparing vessel arrival and departure report.
