A structured internship at Ren Ci, a community care organisation that runs a community hospital, nursing homes, rehabilitation, day care, palliative and home care services for seniors, most of them from low-income backgrounds. Interns work on projects under experienced supervisors and get a first-hand look at whether a career in intermediate and long-term care suits them.
