About this opportunity

<p>Willing Hearts is a secular, volunteer-run soup kitchen in Singapore that prepares, cooks and distributes daily meals to beneficiaries island-wide. Volunteers support food preparation, kitchen operations, packing and meal deliveries.</p> <ul> <li>Age 13 and above may volunteer independently; ages 5–12 must be accompanied by a parent, teacher or other adult</li> <li>Three daily shifts: 5:00–9:00am (early morning), 9:00am–1:00pm (morning), or 1:00pm–5:00pm (afternoon); minimum 4-hour commitment</li> <li>Kitchen is at 1 Lorong J Telok Kurau, Singapore 425792 (entrance via Joo Chiat Place)</li> <li>Volunteer tasks include washing and cutting vegetables, packing and sorting meals, loading and unloading supplies, and optional meal-delivery runs</li> <li>School groups of 6 or more should not register individually — teachers or coordinators should email willingheartsingapore@gmail.com with student numbers and preferred slots</li> </ul> <p>Individuals and groups of four or fewer may walk in; corporate or school groups should register and book a slot in advance.</p>
