Teams of three develop a low-cost idea to prevent dengue and a short-video social media campaign to spread it, choosing from topics such as a bite-free lifestyle habit, a community breeding-site map or a climate and dengue awareness campaign. Two in-person workshops cover design thinking and pitching, each team is assigned a mentor, and the Singapore winner goes on to the Asia Pacific Grand Finals.
