About this opportunity
<p>AWARE Singapore's Volunteer Centre recruits supporters for the Association of Women for Action and Research, Singapore's leading gender equality advocacy group. Volunteers contribute to public education, outreach and research work that builds the organisation's capacity to advance women's rights.</p><ul><li>Skills-based volunteers are engaged on ad hoc projects matched to their expertise, carried out remotely or at AWARE's office.</li><li>Service-based volunteers (helpliners, counsellors, legal advisors) undergo structured training and commit to a minimum number of shifts.</li><li>Commitment is flexible: part-time, full-time or ad hoc, depending on the role.</li><li>Opportunities are announced when suitable projects arise, so placement is not guaranteed on application.</li></ul><p>Register interest via the Volunteer Registration Form on the AWARE website, or email <strong>volunteermanager@aware.org.sg</strong> with questions.</p>
