<p>The Girls2Pioneers STEMentorship is a four-month structured mentorship run by United Women Singapore (UWS) that matches young women with STEM industry professionals at a 2:1 mentee-to-mentor ratio. It is designed to build STEM identity, career confidence, and early-career skills among female students in post-secondary education.</p><ul><li>Open to female students aged 17–24 enrolled in ITE, Polytechnic, JC, or University with a genuine interest in STEM</li><li>Six mentoring sessions over four months, plus structured field trips, company visits, and job-shadowing opportunities</li><li>2026 cohort timeline: registration 10 Nov 2025 – 31 Jan 2026; mandatory virtual briefing 2–13 Feb 2026; mentoring 28 Feb – 28 Jun 2026; graduation 24 Oct 2026</li><li>Equips mentees with goal-setting, networking, and career-pathway tools</li><li>Free to participate; commitment to the full programme is required</li></ul><p>Sign up via the UWS STEMentorship page during the annual registration window.
